Concorde  DG's Arrival: Page 1




In June 2004 the main sections of Concorde Delta Golf made their final journey from Filton to Brooklands Museum. Here is a selection of photographs showing the arrival of the main fuselage section at the museum. Thanks to Mark Bolland, Ross Kelway and Kenny Farmer for allowing me to use their photographs.

A crane supports the weight of DG whilst preparations are made to lower the fuselage onto jacks

The jacks are all in position

The low loader slowly moves away leaving DG standing on the jacks
