Thank-you for visiting my website. I originally setup the site so as to have somewhere on the web where I could post the photographs I was taking during the restoration of Concorde G-BBDG at Brooklands Museum and therefore allow those unable to visit the museum to follow the progress. In the longer term the site has become a photographic diary documenting the whole project from the time it began in 2004 to the present day.
Apologies to those of you still using dial-up internet connections. I openly admit that this site is not very dial-up friendly as it contains some fairly large image files that could take a while to open if you do not have a broadband connection. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable due to the inherent nature of the site. I have tried to ensure that the site is compatible with all system and browser combinations as much as possible but you will need to enable Javascript in your preferred browser to be able to view the site properly. Flash Player is also required to view the slideshows on the photo gallery pages. This is free and can be downloaded via the link on the 'Links' page of this site.
I would be grateful if you are able to spare a few moments to sign my guestbook and leave any comments or suggestions about the site (positive or negative!). If you have any questions relating to any of the photographs or information contained in these pages, if you find any links that don't work, or if you notice any inaccuracies in the site content, please feel free to send me an email by clicking on the button below.
Finally, just a quick word of thanks to James Cullingham - my fellow DG restoration project photographer - for allowing me to use a number of his photographs on my site. I have used some of his photographs to fill in the gaps of the occasions when I missed some of the DG working days. You can visit James' website here.
Thanks,
Neil Walker
